Basti
Basti is one of Panchakarma’s five Pradhana Karmas, and it’s utilized to heal Vata dosha, which is the main etiological factor in the manifestation Basti is a procedure wherein the medicated oil/kashayam/fluid which is given through the anal route gets absorbed in the intestine with simultaneous action.
